Travel Nurse RN - Cardiovascular Operating Room - $2,356 per week in Tomball, TX

**Join Our Dynamic Cardiac Operating Room Team!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Tomball, TX - **Shift:** Days (7 AM - 5 PM) - **Duration:** 13 Weeks - **Unit Overview:** - 10 OR Suites and 1 Cysto Suite - Staff Composition: - 8 Full-Time Surgical Techs - 2 PRN Surgical Techs - 10 OR Nurses - 2 PRN OR Nurses - **Shifts:** - **Day Shift:** - 1 Charge Nurse - 7-8 Surgical Techs - 8 Registered Nurses - 3 CNAs (staffed until 5 PM, on-call staff after) - **Night Shift:** On-call staff only after 7 PM - **Patient Ratios:** - 1:1 for general cases (1 ST:1 RN) - 2:2 for CV cases (2 ST:2 RN) - **Equipment & Technology:** - EMR: MediTech - **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - **Must-Have Skills:** - Experience with CV surgical tech procedures - Ability to scrub general and various other surgical cases - **Preferred Skills:** - CV scrub experience - Ortho scrub experience - Robotic surgery scrub experience - **Typical Procedures:** - CABG’s, Mitral Valve replacements, Fem Bypass, Thrombectomy - Ortho, Neuro/Spine, General (Robotics), GYN (Robotics), Urology, ENT, and Podiatry - **Personality Fit:** - A great attitude and a team-oriented approach - **Certifications Required:** - BLS - **Floating Areas:** - Possibly across the street in the ASC (extremely rare) - **Dress Code:** - Blue scrubs provided by the facility due to daily change requirements - **Weekend & On-Call Coverage:** - May require on-call coverage 1-2 nights per week and 1 weekend per month - Weekend team on-site for 12 hours/day, with potential need for additional emergency case coverage **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
