Travel Nurse RN - Cardiovascular Operating Room - $2,362 per week in Neptune, NJ

**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to make a significant impact in patient care? - Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse and utilize your skills to enhance the lives of our patients daily! **Key Responsibilities:** - **Assessment:** - Collect comprehensive health data pertinent to each patient’s situation. - Perform age and disease-specific assessments independently and systematically. - Recognize changes in clinical and diagnostic status. - Identify educational needs of patients and families based on age, disease, and cultural backgrounds. - **Implementation:** - Communicate and coordinate with the healthcare team to implement personalized care plans. - Maintain ongoing communication with patients, families, and colleagues regarding patient status and treatment plans. - Deliver age and disease-specific care efficiently and in a timely manner. - Provide or coordinate family education as necessary, ensuring comprehension. - Follow established protocols and accurately document all care events. - Administer medications using cutting-edge bar-scanning technology for safety. - Participate in multidisciplinary discharges to guarantee safe transitions in care. - **Evaluation:** - Assess and evaluate progress towards patient outcomes. - Initiate interventions in response to any changes in patient conditions. **Skills & Experience Required:** - A minimum of six (6) months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in the Nurse Residency Program. **Education:** - Required: BSN **Certifications & Licensure:** - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License - BLS-AHA Certification - ACLS-AHA Certification **Schedule Notes:** - Work hours: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3 x 12 - Every Other Weekend Required - On-Call Requirement: after 90 days - No Float Requirement - Scrubs provided **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
