Travel Nurse RN - Cardiovascular Operating Room - $2,488 per week in Neptune, NJ

**Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse: Make a Difference in Patient Care!** **Job Description:** - **Deliver Outstanding Care:** - Provide evidence-based nursing practices in a dynamic healthcare environment. - Ensure safe and excellent individualized patient care. - **Assess and Evaluate:** - Collect comprehensive, age and disease-specific health data systematically. - Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes effectively. - Identify educational needs of patients and families based on diverse factors. - **Implement Care Plans:** - Communicate and coordinate the plan of care with patients, families, and healthcare team members. - Deliver age and disease-specific care timely and organized. - Educate patients and families to ensure understanding and compliance. - Utilize established protocols, documenting care accurately. - Administer medications using advanced bar-scanning technologies for safety. - Facilitate multi-disciplinary patient discharges for seamless transitions. - **Continuous Improvement:** - Evaluate progress towards care outcomes. - Initiate interventions for changes in patient conditions or unexpected responses to care. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum six (6) months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in a Nurse Residency Program. **Education:** - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. **Certifications & Licensure:** - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License. - BLS-AHA Certification. - ACLS-AHA Certification. **Schedule Notes:** - 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3 x 12 - Every other weekend required - On-call requirement after 90 days - Scrubs will be provided **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
