Description:
Shifts are 3x12 hours from 18:15 to 06:45.
Scrub and circulating experience is essential for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures.
The primary focus will be on cardiac and thoracic cases, with additional responsibilities in vascular and transplant procedures.
Candidates will be required to handle urgent cases, as this facility provides the highest level of care in the region.
All staff are responsible for entering missing instruments into the system.
The expectation for call time is 40 minutes from call to clock-in.
For emergency cases, the maximum time from case request to entering the OR is 60 minutes.
Being in the room and setting up within 40 minutes is preferred.
All travelers must float within service lines to meet facility needs.
Weekday call requirements range from 3-4 shifts, with 1-2 weekend shifts as needed.
Candidates must be flexible with schedule and availability for holiday shifts.
Additional responsibilities may include assisting with a high patient load and collaborating within a fast-paced team environment.
