Travel Nurse RN - Cardiovascular Operating Room - $3,066 per week in Springfield, IL

Job Title: CVOR RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience required in CVOR, trauma, or MOR. License: Must have an active state license in hand or be in the application process. Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred. Must-Have: - Aortic Aneurysm repair experience - Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) experience - Cardiac procedures experience - Thoracic procedures experience - Vascular procedures experience - Whipple procedure experience - Teaching hospital experience - Level II trauma experience Description: The position is for a CVOR RN. The shift is 4x10 days from 06:15 to 16:45. The average daily census is 10 patients, with 4 rooms available. The role requires floating within the scope to meet facility needs. Candidates must have experience in cardiovascular, general, and vascular surgery. Additional required skills include laser safety and specimen handling. Candidates should be open to accommodating schedule requests. RTO restrictions ideally limit to no more than 5 days. The facility is a Level I trauma center and Magnet hospital. Travelers will need to complete compliance requirements in a timely manner. A virtual orientation will be held on the first day of the assignment. Candidates must complete all assigned modules by a specified deadline.
