Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)

Shift: Days, 10-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend
On-Call: 1–2 nights per week
Job Details
- Assess patients before and during cardiovascular surgical procedures.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and document individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain patient safety throughout surgical procedures.
- Provide leadership and coordination within the operating room team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, surgeons, anesthesia, and support departments.
- Assist with equipment preparation, sterile field monitoring, and anesthesia support as needed.
- Participate in staff education, preceptorship, and continuing education.
