Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room Duration: 23 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Experience with Epic charting system - Preferred experience in trauma levels I and II - Travel experience Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Cardiovascular Operating Room. The contract offers night shifts with a 12-hour work schedule. The Nurse will be expected to work all holidays that are not included in the contracted time off. One major holiday request can be made, but minimal time off is preferred. The position requires floating within the facility as needed. The minimum experience required is two years, although first-time travelers are accepted. Candidates will be evaluated for clinical fit, and clinical screens will be conducted on a case-by-case basis. Travelers should be aware of the compliance requirements to start on time. The unit supports a variety of patient diagnoses and has interdisciplinary support services. Key skills include proficiency in various cardiovascular surgical procedures.
