Travel Nurse RN - Cardiovascular Operating Room - $3,192 per week in Saint Louis, MO

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years required; Will consider 1 year if from a Trauma Facility License: Pending License accepted Certifications: BLS, ACLS required Must-Have: Scrub and circulate experience for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases required Description: This position requires scrub experience for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures. RN CVOR applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Candidates with 1 year of experience from a Trauma Facility may be considered. Weekend shifts are required as per the call policy. Certifications required include BLS and ACLS. Night shift personnel will not be on-call. The clinician will float within their service line to meet facility needs. Block scheduling is not available. Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility. No more than 7 days of requested time off (RTO) are permitted. Special requirements include a BSN preferred. Experience in scrub role is essential, with a focus on cardiac and thoracic cases. Ability to handle vascular procedures and transplants is necessary. The department handles urgent and emergent cases as a high level of care facility. All staff are responsible for instrument tracking. The maximum response time for emergency cases is 60 minutes from notification. Must possess heart and lung transplant experience for night shifts. It is imperative to have cardiovascular scrub experience.
