Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Charge RN – Georgia

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants (includes $5/hour charge differential)

Schedule: Weekend schedule (Friday-Sunday), 1:1 patient ratio, call coverage required (typically one weekday per week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks). Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed.

• Charge RN position with additional hourly compensation for leadership responsibilities
• Comprehensive cardiovascular case mix including CABG, valve replacements, TAVR, LVAD/RVAD, and vascular procedures
• Epic charting system in use
• Weekend rotation (Friday-Sunday) with 1:1 patient ratio
• Holiday coverage required as part of assignment; minimal time-off requests preferred
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years of CVOR experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required
• Current Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Previous charge experience strongly preferred
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Proficiency in cardiovascular surgical procedures including CABG, valve replacements, thoracic and vascular surgeries
• Full compliance documentation required prior to start date
