Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM with Variable Call Schedule | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a cardiovascular operating room setting in accordance with facility policies and standards of practice
Adhere to a variable call schedule, including weekday call coverage from 2:00 PM – 5:30 AM and weekend call coverage from Friday 2:00 PM through Monday 5:30 AM
Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every other day and every other weekend
Work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with permanent hospital staff
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe and effective perioperative patient care
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida or compact licensure eligibility
Minimum of 1 year of CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience
Ability to fulfill a variable call schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Compliance with facility dress code (Navy Blue scrubs for RN staff)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiovascular or surgical specialty
Familiarity with high-volume acute care hospital environments
