Salary: $106K – $155K + Bonus + Relocation
Atrium Health is hiring a CVOR Nurse Manager to lead operations and clinical excellence within the Cardiovascular OR. This role oversees a team of ~26 staff in a high-acuity surgical environment.
ResponsibilitiesManage daily CVOR operations
Lead, mentor, and develop staff
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance
Oversee staffing, budgeting, and performance
