Travel RN – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Four 10-hour shifts per week with call | 12-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a cardiovascular operating room setting with a 1:1 patient ratio across 3 OR suites
• Perform RN circulating duties for cardiovascular surgical procedures including CABG, TAVR, and VATS
• Collaborate with surgical technologists and the broader OR team to ensure safe, efficient surgical care
• Utilize Meditech for accurate and timely clinical documentation throughout the perioperative process

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of CVOR experience (2 years preferred)
• RN circulating experience in a cardiovascular OR setting
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with CABG, TAVR, and/or VATS procedures
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
• Comfort working in a high-acuity, fast-paced cardiovascular surgical environment
