RN - CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room)

Contract | Days | Onsite

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Perform scrub and/or circulating roles during CVOR cases
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout the operative experience
• Accurately document patient care activities and clinical findings using Cerner electronic health records
• Adhere to facility protocols, sterile technique standards, and infection control guidelines

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
• Proficiency with Cerner charting system
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

• Experience working in a high-acuity environment with CVICU, SICU, or MICU patient populations
• Familiarity with cardiovascular surgical instrumentation and procedures
• Strong ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical environment
