Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) - Registered Nurse - Travel

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment | 40 Hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Function in scrub and/or circulating roles within the cardiovascular operating room setting
• Respond to on-call needs as required by the department
• Work scheduled weekend shifts as part of the standard rotation
• Float to other areas appropriate to your skillset as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida or a compact state license
• Current hands-on clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
• Ability to fulfill on-call and weekend scheduling requirements
• Willingness and ability to float to appropriate units as needed
• Must be available to interview prior to placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a CVOR or surgical setting
• Familiarity with cardiovascular surgical procedures and related instrumentation
