Travel Nurse RN - Cardiovascular Unit - $2,394 per week in Tomball, TX

# Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular OR Nurse – Southeast Texas**Start Date:** August 17, 2026 **Location:** Tomball, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Day shift, 1:1 patient ratios, on-call coverage required 2 weekends per month**Highlights:** - Work in a 10-operating room surgical department with dedicated cardiovascular and vascular procedures- Participate in complex cardiac cases including on-pump and off-pump CABG, vascular bypass, and carotid endarterectomy procedures- Utilize Expanse EMR system in a well-equipped, modern surgical environment- Join a collaborative team of 28+ staff members including experienced circulators, surgical techs, and support personnel- Work alongside a supportive leadership structure with dedicated Director, Manager, and Charge Nurse- 13-week contract assignment with potential for extension**Requirements:** - Current RN license- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required- Minimum 3 years of recent cardiovascular surgery experience (must have)- Documented experience with both on-pump and off-pump CABG procedures (must have)- Vascular surgery experience and CV OR background strongly preferred- Strong teamwork abilities and hardworking attitude**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This position offers the chance to practice at the top of your clinical expertise in a high-acuity cardiovascular surgical setting.
