Must-Have:
Proficient in scrubbing cardiac cases requiring bypass and related procedures.
Experience with thoracic surgery cases, including daVinci-assisted procedures, open thoracotomy, VATS, and ECMO initiation.
Ability to take call when assigned.
Description:
This position involves working in a cardiovascular operating room setting.
You will be responsible for a variety of cardiac cases, including CABG, valve replacement, and aortic dissection repair.
Experience with TAVR and daVinci-assisted lobectomy, wedge resections, and mediastinal lymph node biopsy is required.
You will also assist with ECMO procedures as needed.
Candidates should be prepared to take weekend call assignments.
The unit operates from 06:30 to 15:00, with call beginning at 15:00 when assigned.
Scrubs will be provided by the facility.
