Description
Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Care Manager for a travel nursing job in Jackson, Mississippi.
Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: Care Manager
- Discipline: RN
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of acute inpatient medical case management experience.
- At least 1 year within the last 3 years in a 500+ bed Level I Trauma or Academic Medical Center, preferably in the Emergency Department.
- Recent (within the last 2 years) acute care discharge planning experience.
- Previous travel assignment in a Level I Trauma facility within the last 3 years.
- Strong Epic charting skills.
- BLS Certification required.
- Active RN license required to submit.
