Travel RN Care Manager – 13 Week Contract | Days
We’re seeking an experienced RN Care Manager for a travel assignment in York, Maine!
Location: York, ME
⏳ Contract: 13 Weeks
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week
Schedule: Variable 8 - 4:30 pm or 4 - 10 hour shifts of 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
Weekend & Holiday Rotation Required
No Call
Requirements
⚕️ RN with Associate or Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3–5 years Care Manager experience
Experience in Med/Surg, Home Care, Hospital Case Management and/or Utilization Review
Utilization Review & Discharge Planning experience required
Active BLS required
Active Maine RN license required
CCM or ACM
Nationally recognized Case Management/Utilization Review certification preferred
Strong communication, care coordination & interdisciplinary collaboration skills
