Location: Eureka, CA Shift: Days, 5x8 — 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week Call: None Weekends: Every other weekend EMR: Epic Float: Yes, based on department/sister-facility needs Local: Accepted at lower bill rate
Must have current acute-care hospital case management experience within the last year
Travel experience required
First-time travelers may be considered with clinical approval

50-mile local radius
Must work 3 of 5 holidays
All RTO must be submitted upfront
2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
Must answer whether they previously worked at a Providence facility
