Role Summary: RN – Case Manager

Shift: Days, 5x8s (07:30–16:00; slight variation potential) | Every Other Weekend

Duration: 13-Week Contract

Guaranteed Hours: 72 hrs per 2 weeks (1 shift call-off allowance per 2 weeks)

Core Qualifications & Hardstops

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Case Management within an Acute Care Hospital setting(Behavioral health experience does NOT count).
• Licensure: Active AK RN License required (in hand for Auto-Offer; will screen pending).
• EMR: Epic experience required.
• Certifications: BLS & ACM-RN preferred (not mandatory).
• Radius: Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility (No locals).

• Facility: 401-Bed Magnet Facility | Level II Trauma | US News Best Hospital in AK
• Patient Ratio: Days 1:30 | Daily Census: 324
• Scope: Care coordination, discharge planning, utilization review (InterQual/Milliman), pre-cert/prior authorizations.
• Floating: Float within Case Management services to cover coverage gaps.
• RTO Limit: Maximum 1 request (≤5 days); no holiday RTO allowed for Auto-Offer.
