GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Care Manager for a travel nursing job in Los Angeles, California.

Experience:

  • Required Work Experience: 2 years of RN experience required
  • Candidate must have bubbly outgoing personality / tone.
  • Must engage with patients with a high level of customer service, ensure that all patients feel seen and heard.
  • Great communication skills, bubbly, compassionate, understanding and empathetic to the patient.
  • Goal of this person is to help facility increase patient outcome and survey scores.
  • This nurse should be able to make rounds and make the patient happy, so they feel heard, seen and cared for.
  • Travel Experience preferred, however, not required
  • Excellent and clear communication skillset are required
  • Hospital needs clear and meaningful communicators to improve our outcomes
