1 CM weekend option, F/Sa/Su, 7a-7p
4-5 CM M-F, 8a-4:30p

Patient Ratios – 1:40 M-F
Type of equipment – Laptops, cell phones
EMR – MediTech; Midas

Case Management experience
Midas/InterQual use
Licensed Masters

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Knowledge of area resources
NATE

Interviewing patients/families face-to-face
MDRs on each unit, every day
InterQual reviews on every patient; Observation reviews, DPEs, Discharge planning
