Job Description

BHS Workforce is seeking an experienced Case Management Registered Nurse for an 8-week travel assignment in Greensboro, NC. Partner with top healthcare teams while earning industry-leading pay packages!

Position Details

• Specialty: Case Management
• Schedule: 5x8-Hour Mid-Shifts (15:00 – 23:30), Monday – Friday
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• EMR: EPIC

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee utilization review, discharge planning, needs assessments, and ordering DME.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary plans of care in compliance with CMS guidelines.
• Manage patient transitions across acute hospital care settings (ICU, MedSurg, PCU, SDU, Obs).

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience in an acute care hospital setting (No first-time travelers).
• Licensure: Active NC or Compact RN License in hand at submission.
• Certifications: BLS (AHA).
• Skills/Knowledge: Previous Charge RN experience required; proficiency in EPIC required.
• Compliance: Must pass a required compliance EKG exam prior to start.
• Location Policy: Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not eligible.
