LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland.
Job Description & Requirements

Case Manager RN
Shift: M-F 5 x 8 Days 0830-1700
On Call/Weekend Requirement: No on call requirement; traveler can pick up weekends if desired and available/they are needed
Float Requirement: Float throughout patient tower across MedSurg units as necessary
LOCAL RATE WITIN 60 MILES OF FACILITY
Requirements:
- MD LICENSE
- BLS
- 3 years of experience: Case Manager in outpatient clinic, Working setting Acute Hospital. experience with Care Coordination, Discharge planning, needs assessment/ Order DME.
Regulatory: CMS: Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, HIPAA (The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
*MUST have MEDICAL INPATIENT EXPERIENCE*
*this facility requires all employees to have their flu vaccination*
