Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager for an ASAP travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have acute care case management experience, strong care coordination skills, and experience using Epic charting.
Assignment Details:
Specialty: RN Case Management
Start Date: ASAP
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
On-Call: Not required
Floating: Yes, to like units based on facility needs
Charting System: Epic
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of acute care Case Management experience
Acute care experience is required
First-time travelers accepted with Clinical approval (screen required)
Active RN license (state requirements apply)
