Minimum Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) License for NY or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this Case Management work setting
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: Current New York State Registration. Certified in BLS and able to be recertified
- Experience: 1.5 years
- Local Restrictions: Travelers allowed
