Job Description

KTI Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Eureka, California.

Job Description & Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong acute care hospital Case Management experience with a focus on care coordination, discharge planning, utilization review, and working with HMOs and IPAs.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of acute hospital Case Management experience
  • Acute Care Hospital Case Management experience must be current within the last year
  • Experience performing Care Coordination and Discharge Planning
  • Experience working with HMOs and IPAs

Required Certifications & Licenses

  • Valid CA RN License must be in hand at submission
