Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Salinas, California.

Shift: Mon - Fri (7:30am - 4pm)
Experience: Three (3) years’ nursing experience required.
Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of community resources, post-acute care coordination, and case management principles required.
Case Management experience desired
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Recent Epic experience needed
Education: Associate Degree in nursing required.
