☀️ Day Shift | Hours between 8 AM–5 PM
Case Management / Utilization Review
Approximately 15–20 patients/consults per day
At least one full weekend per month; may be every other weekend depending on staffing
Holidays not required unless willing to work
Business casual attire
What You'll Be Doing
Discharge planning AND utilization management
Complete initial assessments and utilization reviews
Work with insured, uninsured, and homeless patient populations
Coordinate care and discharge needs across all inpatient areas
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Reprioritize throughout the day based on patient needs
Requirements
Active CA RN license
BLS
Recent California Dignity experience REQUIRED
Case Management/Utilization Review experience
Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
InterQual familiarity preferred — facility will provide additional training
