GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Los Angeles, California.
RN Case Manager
Must have 1 year of case management experience
Must have 2 years of experience as an RN
Must have inpatient/acute care experience
Must have Utilization Review experience
Must be able to manage a caseload of up to 20 patients
Must have experience with discharge
Must be willing to work 5x8 days
Must be willing to work every other weekend
Epic Experience a plus
