Travel Nurse RN - Case Manager - $1,629 per week in Fort Worth, TX

Description: This position is for a Travel RN in Case Management. The unit is a Neuro Step Down area with 40 beds. There are typically 1-2 Case Managers or Social Workers on staff. Day shift consists of 1 RN and 1 Social Worker per shift. Patient ratios range from 1:20 to 1:30. Experience with Meditech and Careport is preferred. A self-starter and solution-focused individual is ideal for this role. Collaboration with the team is essential. Candidates with required skills will be considered first. No on-call or floating requirements for this position.
