Travel Nurse RN - Case Manager - $1,633 per week in Fort Worth, TX

You will be responsible for managing a patient caseload. The unit consists of 40 beds and typically requires 1-2 Case Managers or Social Workers. During the day shift, the patient-to-staff ratio is 1:20-30. Knowledge of medical records systems is preferred. Candidates should be self-starters, solution-focused, and collaborative. No specific equipment is needed for this role. Experience with Meditech and Careport is preferred.
