RN - Case Management

Overview:

Are you an experienced registered nurse with a passion for coordinating high-quality patient care in an inpatient or acute hospital setting? This travel opportunity offers the chance to work in Florida, where your clinical expertise will support seamless patient transitions and outcome-driven care. Qualifications:

  • Active RN license; Nursys must be on profile
  • 2-3 years of previous case management experience in an inpatient or acute care hospital setting
  • Experience with InterQual and Millman
  • Experience with discharge planning
  • Experience with all patient populations
  • BLS certification
  • Degree accreditation or 5 years of relevant experience
  • Case management or utilization review certification is highly preferred

Schedule and Contract:

  • Floating required; travelers are prioritized for floating and may be assigned to other nearby campuses
  • RTO requests must be submitted at the time of application; no additional RTO approvals after submission
  • Demographic information including full address, email, date of birth, SSN, and RN license number must be loaded at submission
  • Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start; no exceptions for pending documents

This role involves coordinating patient care, educating providers on documentation and regulatory criteria, and supporting high-risk patient management to ensure cost-effective, outcome-oriented treatments. You will work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive, culturally sensitive care across the continuum, ensuring effective utilization of resources and adherence to regulatory standards.
