Key Responsibilities of the Travel RN Case Management- Coordinate and manage patient care in a neuro step-down environment
- Collaborate with fellow staff to provide patient-centered care
- Manage patient caseload effectively, maintaining a 1:20-30 patient ratio
- Ensure accurate patient documentation using Meditech and Careport systems
Requirements of the Travel RN Case Management- Minimum 1 year of Acute Care Case Management experience
- Proficiency in Meditech / Careport
- CCM certification preferred
