Travel Nurse RN - Case Manager - $1,788 per week in Pasadena, TX

The Case Management and Social Work Department covers the entire hospital. The department consists of 22 staff members. Day shift has 10 Case Managers, 3 Social Workers, 2 Case Management Assistants, 1 Manager, and 1 Director. There is no night shift coverage. Patient ratios are 20-25 patients per RN and 50 patients per Social Worker. Equipment includes a computer, phone, and EMR Meditech/Meditech Expanse. Candidates must have 2 years of hospital Case Management experience. The best personality fit is flexible and comfortable asking questions. There is no weekend requirement. Business casual attire is required, and a plain white lab coat may be worn if owned.
