Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN - Case Manager for a 13-week contract assignment in El Paso, TX. This position involves working in a collaborative healthcare environment, focusing on providing comprehensive case management services.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Case Management- Provide case management services for both inpatient and observation patients assigned.
- Perform comprehensive assessments of psychosocial, medical, and discharge needs of patients/family.
- Coordinate the plan of care and drive the discharge plan by collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.
- Evaluate progression of care using InterQual throughout the episode of care.
Requirements of the RN - Case Management- RN License
- 2 years of Acute Case Management experience
- No call required
- 5 eight-hour shifts per week, rotating weekends
