Travel Nurse RN - Case Manager - $1,970 per week in Baltimore, MD

Job Title: Pediatric Nurse Case Manager Profession: RN Specialty: Case Management Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of RN experience - Experience in inpatient case management - Experience working at the bedside, preferably with at least 5 years of experience, ICU experience preferred License: - Active RN License Certifications: - BLS Must-Have: - Current experience with post-acute facility referral platforms - Experience in helping to facilitate discharge planning Description: The role involves managing pediatric patient caseloads. The position requires active collaboration with various clinical teams. Candidates should have a strong background in case management. The ideal candidate may not need pediatric experience. However, they should possess a solid understanding of case management principles. The role requires flexibility to float to various pediatric units as needed. Hours are Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays required. On-call duties are not part of this position.
