Previous experience in Critical Access Clients or Community Clients is preferred.
Description:
Flexible scheduling for the right candidate is available.
The position requires every other weekend availability, with every fourth weekend required.
The Case Manager will be responsible for managing patient care in Med/Surg and ICU units.
Additional documentation will be done using the TruBridge - Evident charting system.
This role is essential for ensuring effective patient management and resource utilization within the health care setting.
