Key Responsibilities of the RN - Case Management - Travel- Deliver comprehensive case management services to patients
- Coordinate patient care plans with medical and support staff
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements of the RN - Case Management - Travel- Valid RN license
- Experience in acute care case management
- Familiarity with Meditech and Midas systems
- Previous experience in an HCA facility is preferred
