Job Opportunity – Case Management RN – Florida

Location: Largo, Florida

Schedule: Full-time; rotating every other weekend and holidays in accordance with facility policy

Requirements:

• Active Florida RN license or compact state license with ability to obtain Florida licensure
• Prior experience with Midas required
• Prior experience with Meditech required
• Previous case management experience strongly preferred
• Experience with complex discharge planning preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
