Travel Nurse RN - Case Manager - $2,334 per week in Greensboro, NC

Job Title: Case Manager Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Manager Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years acute hospital experience required. Previous charge experience required. Experience with ICU, MS, PICU, SDU, PCU, IMC, and Obs specialties required. License: Active registered nursing license must be in hand at submission. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: EPIC experience required. Experience with discharge planning, needs assessment, order durable medical equipment (DME), and plan of care required. Description: The position requires a dedicated registered nurse with experience in case management. Candidates must have acute hospital experience and previous charge nursing experience. Expertise in ICU, MS, PICU, SDU, PCU, IMC, and Obs specialties is essential. Duties include discharge planning and conducting needs assessments. Candidates will be expected to order DME and develop care plans. A compliance EKG exam must be passed by all RNs regardless of specialty. Flexibility with scheduling is necessary as there is a strict policy regarding tardiness and absences. All candidates must be aware of compliance deadlines for completing necessary requirements. Experience with regulatory standards and guidelines is necessary. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, working five shifts per week.
