Travel Nurse RN - Case Manager - $2,343 per week in Bronx, NY

Job Title: Care Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 14 weeks Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hours per Shift: 35 Experience: - Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. - Experience with care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning. License: - Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York. - Primary source verification of license and registration from the NYS Department of Education. Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - NYSDOH H/C PRI training certificate required by submission or obtained post-offer. - PRI and Screen certification within three months of employment is required.
