Team is supported by 2 team leads, 2 managers and a team of admin assistants and medical secretaries to assist with medication co-pay checks, insurance authorizations, and follow up appointments. The Calm Every Storm online version is currently the only acceptable online vendor. BLS/ACLS/PALS AHA only NRP NRP or AAP only Travelers are required to go in for their labs within 72 hours of signing their contract. RTO must be included at time of initial submission, RTO cannot be changed or added once offered same for extensions, once requested it cannot be altered. RTO - should not exceed 7 days and if more than 4 consecutive days, an additional week will be added on to the back end of the contract for new contracts.
