Description:
Seeking a travel RN Case Manager for a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The unit consists of 14 beds for step-down patients, with a patient ratio of 1:14.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of current acute care Case Management experience.
The ideal candidate will exhibit flexibility and the ability to adapt to a busy environment.
Responsibilities include case management assessments and discharge planning.
The case management team is collaborative and supportive, actively welcoming new staff.
Candidates with Midas and HCA experience are preferred.
This role does not require weekend shifts.
Candidates without the required skills will not be considered.
