Job Title: Case Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Washington State License required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Acute Care Experience - Discharge Planning/Care Coordination Experience - Previous travel experience - Epic charting system experience - AIDA EMR experience preferred Description: Must have acute care experience. Previous travel experience is required. Epic experience is required. AIDA EMR experience is preferred. This position involves working in all areas of the hospital. Candidate should have experience in discharge planning and care coordination. A strong preference will be given to candidates with diverse case management experience. Candidates must be able to work weekends, every other weekend is required. This role requires the ability to float between units as needed. Behavioral health experience does not count as acute care hospital experience. BLS certification is required to apply. Candidates must commit to working three of the five holidays. Requests for time off must be made upfront during submission. Incomplete submissions may not be considered.
