The role involves utilization review and collaborative work with the care team. You will complete comprehensive patient assessments to drive discharge decisions. Driving stay progression and discharge planning is essential to expedite patients' transitions to the next level of care. Comprehensive and accurate documentation is required. You will primarily be assigned to one unit but may need to float to other units as needed. The nurse-to-patient ratio is based on unit size, with 20-36 beds in typical units. Participation in weekend rotation will be required for this position. Business casual attire with a white lab coat is the expected dress code. Training includes general orientation and role-specific training with limited oversight.
