Travel Nurse RN - Case Manager - $2,567 per week in Lansing, MI

The shift is Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00. No call requirements are included. The role may involve floating as a case manager to any inpatient unit. Weekend requirements include working one weekend per month. If scheduled, a weekend day will replace a weekday shift. Acute hospital experience is required. Epic experience is mandatory. The unit will accept first-time travelers. Locals are accepted with no change in billing rate. The responsibilities include care coordination, discharge planning, and determining medical necessity. Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines is essential. Familiarity with prior authorizations and needs assessment is preferred. Interdisciplinary support includes various teams such as physical therapy and social services. The community served includes neonates, adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. This role supports inpatient acute care and is a Level 1 trauma center.
