- Current BLS certification.
- Must receive the FLU VACCINE (no exemptions) as flu season starts in September.
- Special Requirement: EPIC experience is highly preferred.
- California case management experience is essential due to the nature of this role.
**Job Details:**
- Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00).
- Weekend Requirement: No.
- Floating Requirement: No.
- On-Call Requirement: No.
- Pending License: No, must be active at the time of submission.
- Note: No scheduling requests can be accommodated.
