Schedule: Outpatient clinic setting with regular business hours supporting primary care services

Requirements:

• Current, full, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Alaska (must be active at time of submittal for agency staff)

• Case management experience in a clinic or hospital setting within the last 2 years required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Case Management certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated critical thinking, clinical judgment, and patient assessment skills
