Seeking an experienced RN Inpatient Care Coordinator/Case Manager for a 13-week contract at Mt. Edgecumbe Hospital in Sitka, Alaska. The RN will oversee patient progression of care, utilization management, discharge planning, medical necessity reviews, care coordination, and collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality, cost-effective patient care. This role also includes reviewing patient records, communicating with payers, supporting appeals, and maintaining utilization review documentation using Meditech EMR.
